The particular part of this wish for us is that it starts in Albanian.

NATO seems to have chosen to do so on the basis of alphabetic order, and given that Albania (Albia), as a member of this alliance, is a state with the first letter of the alphabet, then the congratulations of NATO has started in Albanian.

This New Year's wish, of the 29-member alliance, is indicated by the dedication of this military-political alliance to preserve world peace, especially in member states.
