Elvis Kelmendi (39), son of Bosnia's criminal suspect, Pejan Naser Kelmendi, has reached agreement with the Constitutional Court in Belgrade on admitting guilt. Under this agreement, Kelmendi has been sentenced to a year in domestic prison and a fine of 70 thousand euros.
He admitted to threatening a girl and holding a gun without permission.
Under the deal, Kelmendi has acknowledged that she has committed two criminal acts of assault on security and possession without permission of the weapon, Serbian Prosecutor's spokeswoman Aleksandra Genadijq has informed Tanjug.
For these criminal acts, she has said, the sentence of between six months and five years is prior.
Kelmendi was not convicted before, which facilitated the circumstances in this case.
Kelmendi was originally accused of criminalizing domestic violence, but the girl, who put him in the police, before the prosecutor told him he didn't beat him up, only threatened him.
Kelmendi has been found in his apartment in Belgrade's “Zvezdara” neighbourhood, writes the news.
Elvis Kelmendi was arrested on November 21st after her girlfriend introduced her to the police for violence, while police in his apartment found a gun without permission and six bullets.
