The Constitutional Court in Gjilan reports that it approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of a month-long detention measure of defendants A.S., A.S., L.S., E.A., E.I.
The defendants, citizens of the Republic of Kosovo from the municipality of Gjilan and Novoberda, allegedly dated 21.12.2017, after a preliminary dispute between themselves, have gone to the Restaurant “Berlin I” and in retaliation have attacked the A person. M., hitting the head and other parts of the body with strong metal tools, this case has had to receive treatment at Gjilan's Regional Hospital.
With these actions, the defendants have allegedly committed several criminal acts in co-operation: 1) serious bodily injury, 2) ownership or unauthorized possession of arms, 3) possession and 4) unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotropic and analogic substances.
