State Commission for Demarketing with Montenegro member Martin Berishaaj has said the Commission has collected its facts and is doing a job based on law and other countries' experiences on how they acted in similar cases.

“It is the sovereign right of the state that Parliament has given its verdict”, he has said.

Berisha has also said that they are not before the government to mock the past Commission, but are to bring about experiences and facts based on law”
