Lushtaku does not feel guilty

After three failures, the initial review hearing was finally held in the case of Sami Lushtaku, who is accused of escaping from KKUK at the time he was in custody in the Drenica case.
In this session, the current chairman of Squirew, Sami Lushtaku, considered the act against him to be family persecution.
Lushtaku said he doesn't feel guilty and believes this prosecutor.
In this accused case are Lushtaku, his son Mergim (currently Kosovo Assembly MP) and 22 justice ministry officials.
The incident, which includes a series of senior justice ministry officials, describes claims on how Lushtaku escaped from prison by showing his car and the person who carried him from the hospital to a residence.
The same describes the way after Lushtak's escape the director of Pristina's Prison was advanced to the head of the Correcting Service.
Part of the indictment is the son of Lushtak, the exile currently an MP of the Kosovo Assembly.
The incident describes the involvement of other Justice Ministry officials who refused to transfer Lushtak to Mitrovica Prison.
There are also QKUK doctors charged with giving false diagnosiss of Lushtak, and also part of the indictment are co-workers of Lushtak who offered witnesses before and in exchange for statements.
The accident for the QKUK escape was established last year.
In July of this year, the Supreme Court has released Lushtaku from charges of war crimes, under which he was sentenced to 12 years in prison in 2015, a sentence that the Court of Appeals had reduced to 7 years in prison.
