Analyst Agron Demi has written about signing the contract for the construction of Thermo plant “New Kosovo”. Demi has criticised Government for not examining all alternatives to ensuring electricity production for Kosovo citizens.

He has said that the current will cost up to 60%, while citizens will have health problems from the smoke it will release. He has done an analogy with Estonia, a country which, as he says, had rejected Finland's network of phone technology by installing the newest digital technology that was done at the time in some countries. He has said that such logic would have to follow Kosovo, since different countries already produce the current through the sun, wind and other forms.

According to Demit, Kosovo is also stuck in the digitalisation of its institutions, Periscope reports. He mentioned notebooks in hospitals, school journals, and so on. showing that postwar governments have never thought about this.
