Lirak Celaj speaks for the first time about the debaklin he suffered in Pristina, blames high PDK structures

At KTV's “038”, Celij has said he accepts the result, until he continues to believe the prishtinas have made no better choice, if he is eventually mayor of Shpend Ahmeti.
