Aliu has suggested that Vetevendosje will file complaints on this decision and that he will follow this case in all instances.
This is his complete comment:
The decision by Judge Becir Kaluldra was published a month after the sentence was pronounced for our activists, two weeks later than the legal deadline. This violation of procedures by Judge Kaluldra confirms what we said from the outset: the condemnation of activists two days before the elections was politically ordered to undermine Movement in Pristina, Prizren and Dardan.
Now we have 15 days to file complaints about this decision. Like the movement, with all the forces we have, we are prepared to follow this issue to all instances and scales of the judiciary, along with the family and lawyers of convicted activists.
We are convinced that activists are innocent, and the prosecution claims have been dropped over the next 15 months that this court process ordered by political power is taking place.
We will not give up, we will not be spared, we will not stop until justice is done and the innocent are released, because they are our ideal friends, they are good citizens, they are opposition is being condemned by a criminal power.
We socialize with them, and if necessary, we protest for them. Because we want democratic Kosovo, we want rule of law. Where no one is convicted without evidence, and where the opposition is not violated by power.
