This motion came at the initiative of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation, but also former KLA members.
And among the 43 deputies who have signed this initiative is Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy (PDK), Evgeni Thaci-Dragsa, who is also the niece of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci.
President Thaci has not yet been declared for the Special Court Change Law.
He has held a meeting with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj tonight, reportedly speaking about the issue.
