The Special Court is ready to accept the first charges of former KLA senior superiors since July 5th of this year.
Specialised Chamber officials have reported to the newspaper Zeri that it is currently continuing to discredit lawyers.
As they have announced, however, such a process does not at all prevent the establishment of charges.
Special officials have also announced they are working towards adopting legal documents and other internal documents.
Meanwhile, a few days ago in Kosovo for the first time was Specialised Chambers Speaker Ekaterina Trendafilova herself.
Representatives from the Agency for Information and Communication with the public say they have so far received a number of requests from lawyers to accredit.
“We cannot currently provide concrete information because the selection process is under way, but the list of defenders will appear on our website at a later phase”, said in their response.
