Albin Kurti's release from the detention measure is being seen as a highly delayed decision by the Court for Serious Crimes, because there is no legal basis to assess Vetevendosje lawyer Tome Gashi.

He for Indexline has said there have been no elements of the criminal act when signing demarcation and Association by Vetevendosje deputies has proved controversial.

Albin Kurti's license has been expected even though the decision too late because no criminal procedure against Mr. Kurti and other Vetëvendosje deputies from all actions they have done in the past in the Republic of Kosovo, have made within the framework of their constitutional obligations and the only role of Kosovo's Parliamentary deputies is to protect the republic, respectively, to protect the interests of the state, in the way they have chosen to protect those interests by preventing the formation of the majority Serb municipalities that would make Kosovo unfunctional and would be like a network of <x1merogy>, blocking the functioning of Kosovo's re-run<3> said Gashi.

According to him, they have also prevented the signing of ratification of the demarcation agreement, with which all already know Kosovo would lose over 8,500 acres of land.

“Whatever it is, it has been a completely unnecessary arrest and detention and it is good that Albin Kurti has been released today along with MP Donika Cadaj Buyup, so that this decision of justice is too late and everything has been unnecessary in terms of the detention measure and prosecution of Albin Koubit”, Gashi has said.
