He has said in his speech that their actions of the Parliament do not constitute criminal acts, and that their actions were within the scope of the parliament, not only as fair, but as a duty.
According to Kurti, the prosecutor has failed to prove that the vehicle used in the Assembly has been tear gas.
He added that they did not intend to hurt anyone but to prevent a very great evil.
Their actions have called parliamentary rebellion (citizen) contrary to demarcation of “Zayednica”.
Kurti has said that for these actions they would be more likely to be followed for wrongdoing, not for them to deal with, the serious crimes of the anti-terror unit.
He has further said that their actions have well argued the constitutional court's decision, which has found 23 violations in agreement for the association of Serb majority municipalities and the report of the Commission led by Speed Bulqi, proving past commission's mistakes and the loss of Kosovo territory.
Kurti has openly shown doubts in the impartiality of this trial process, he has also spoken of Judge Beqri Kaluldra's chairman, saying he was more aggressive against them than the prosecutor representing the prosecution.
At the end of his speech Kurti has said that Vetevendosje is the largest political subject in the country and the Assembly, and that this judicial process is aimed at unable to compete in the elections.
