The Kosovo government is not implementing reciprocity measures with Serbia, which still does not recognise the license plates of the Republic of Kosovo, nor is its travel documents, writes Koha Ditore today.
Citizens travelling towards this neighbouring state seem to cover RKS plates when they enter Serbia and pay a lot of money for Serbia's promotional plates.
Also on the Serbian border, Kosovo documents travelers can only present IDs (not the passport of the Republic of Kosovo) and in this case must complete the entry and exit form. But that is not the case with the citizens of Serbia, as Kosovo knows the travel documents and the license plates of this state.
