Health Minister Uran Ismaili said the signing of this agreement shows once again that the Government of the Republic of Kosovo will stand firm for all demands and institutional problems, for which they have not found solutions so far.
This co-operation agreement is of particular importance in two dimensions. In its first dimension, it has fulfilled the last link of determining the degree of disability of KLA soldiers. And, in the other dimension, it's that it uses the most professional doctors of SHSKUK to determine that scale”, Ismaili said.
