Trial hearings have been launched against four Vetevendosje deputies, Albin Kurti, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, Albulen Haxhiu and Faton Topalli, who are accused of throwing tear gas in the Assembly.
Four witnesses have been invited to this session, including the head of this legislature and past, Kadri Wessel.
The other three witnesses are LDK deputies Naser Osmani and Armendi Zemaj and Bekim Haxhiu from the PDK, Kosovo reports.
But only Naser Osman and Bekim Haxhiu appeared at the Court until Kadri Veselin and Armend Zemaj are absent.
At the preliminary session, their testimony has been given by PDK deputies Flora Brovina and Blerta Deliu-Codra, who, in addition to being witnesses, are also named as the damaged side.
Brovina in her testimony had not identified any of the MPs as throwing tear gas, but has only declared that tear gas has been thrown.
But MP Deliu-Codra had named MP Albin Kurti that it was he who threw tear gas into the Kosovo Assembly Hall.
The same has been said by MP Nuredin Ibishi until Parliament's deputy chairman, Xhavit Haliti, has not mentioned any of the deputies charged, but has said that throwing tear gas in the Kuka was an act of opposition.
