Two prison employees have been put under investigation by the Ministry of Justice after being granted permission for Artan Kocek, who allegedly killed Angjeli Shkamin on permission day.
According to the Justice Ministry, the two employees who have approved this permit will be prosecuted and the file was submitted to the Prosecutor.
On December 17th, Artan Kocek killed with firearms near a 35-year-old cemetery, Angjeli Shkam, due to an outstanding debt.
For the event, the Justice Ministry has taken the two prison employees to the prosecutor, who prepared the file for permission approval.
