Juncker: May I recommend EC opening negotiations with Albania

We are at the point where I can recommend to the Council opening negotiations with Albania. If positive results follow, the aim is to propose to the council the opening of negotiations. The past six months will be essential for Albania's future. We talked with Prime Minister Rama about last month's achievements.
