Kosovo's Appeals Court has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's complaint in Prizren in the case of the accused M.P., due to the criminal offence: “The taking of bribes” after the same was acquitted of the prosecution, has been changed.
This court found the accused guilty because in 2012, as judge to the Municipal Court in Gjilan, it sought out the damaged side, and then admitted, a sum of $2000 to carry out an act that I had to carry out under its official authorization.
Therefore, the Court of Appeals by applying the provisions of Article 41 and Article 46 of KPRK, the accused pronounces his prison sentence in length of 1 (one) year, in which time spent in custody of 07.11.2012 by 04.12.2012.
