The Constitutional Court in Pristina has issued a written indictment concerning the 21-year prison sentence of four Vetevendosje Movement activists: At and Arifi, Egzon Haliti, Frasher Krasniqi and Adea Batusha, for the attack on the Kosovo Assembly.
In the Pristina Constitutional Court's act, the activist -- currently convicted of the Vetevendosje Movement -- Father and Arifi admitted “adently” that he bought the engine with which convicts left the scene after performing the act.
In the court's trial of the case judge, Becir Kaluldra points out that the word for the purchase of the engine ran from the mouth of a boy educated with a good degree. ”
“The accused at and Arifi “adently” once stated the fact of the purchase and here necessarily the question is why only the accused At and confirmed that he bought a red-coloured engine, nothing bad is here”, is said in the Court Act.
A question is asked in this act.
The question is why he never repeated the fact that he bought a motorcycle, or did he say that sentence wrong, by accident came out of the mouth of a boy who had a degree with a good diploma” is described in the court's act of Judge Kaluldra.
The court had decided that MP Frasher Krasniqi will be sentenced to eight years in prison, Father and Arifi to six years, Egzon Haliti to five years and six months, while Adea Batusha has been sentenced to two years in prison.
