The chairman of the National Initiative Council, Jakup Krasniqi, has said that since the report of the Speed Commission Bullics is not respecting Kosovo state leaders, Montenegro does not have to do it either, which, according to Krasniqi, has won territory.
Jakup Krasniqi has commented on statements that, according to him, express doubts in Kosovo that Montenegro can take into account the Speed Bullics report.
He, via Facebook writing, has said that the Bullics report does not count on any Kosovo leader, so he also expects that even official Podgorica to do so, which, according to him, is gaining new territory after 71 years.

When a man hears and reads in Kosovo that “Montenegro scores on the Speed Report Bulicti”, that is what official Podgorica is saying, did you even laugh and cry?!
Why?
That the Bulliqi Commission report has long been at odds, the highest, present and yesterday Kosovo leaders, are even doing the same to their spokespersons at every port of our lives, official and media. Why not make the official policy of Mount ZI that has won new territory?
Yes, Montenegro has gained new territory after totaling 71/72 years (1945/46)? Is that because of our ignorance?
If this is the result of our ignorance, may we be forgiven?
