MP Ilir Deda writes before having the Commission's report on demarcation, he is interested in whether Kosovo has governed with the contested territory until August 2015.
He writes on Facebook:
While we are waiting for the official distribution of the Commission's report led by the Bulikiqaj Rescue, what interests me the most is whether this Commission has found untenable evidence (facts, by letters) if the Government of Kosovo has governed the <x0-tensor of countering” by August 2015?
Is there an effective “control” as it is claimed (or otherwise known as “effective training of territorial jurisdiction” according to the Arbitrazhi Tributal on the territory being disputed? That's the key.
Otherwise, according to media reports, the Commission has not disputed that the current version of demarcation is contrary to Kosovo's cadastral borders, namely the cadastral borders of Pec and Decani.
