The country's Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has handed the report to Parliament Speaker Kadri Veseli 100-day.
Government head has thanked Weselin for his support, saying that these 100 days have not been easy.
While Wessel said it is a 100-day challenger, until he added that citizens expect sincerity from them.
He estimated that this report coincides with signing the contract for construction of the Kosova e Re thermal power plant.
Wessel said there is a need for citizens to move without visas, pledging to find solutions even for demarcation.
While Haradinaj said visa liberalisation is working every day.
