Haradinaj: Priority Agriculture

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has declared that agriculture and rural development have received attention, and this is proven by the growth of the budget.

Haradinaj made these comments at the “conference for sustainable agriculture, forestry and rural development in Kosovo”, organised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development. He said agriculture is the foundation of life and, incompatible of developments in other industries, it requires great attention.

“Insistance is numerous as cutting off the continuation that has occurred, but also from fragments such as irrigation and having production in the market. We will pay attention to the development of agriculture, that is, a sustainable development and a high value on rural wealth, and that I had set aside some important aspects, the first is the strategy by 2020, to be applicable by connecting it with farmers and people in agricultural activity, and here we require the engagement of all of us, of municipalities, of agencies, of partners that co-ordination and division of tasks be done as precisely”, he said.
