The media have been commemorating that when in August of this year Beric was injured and captured “Serb-known criminal at Donbas”, Serbia's foreign ministry at the helm of which Ivica Dacic is, and had sought treatment of him under the Vienna Convention, “otherwise will take concrete steps”.
