The State Commission for Marking and Maintaining the State Border on Monday will present new findings related to border demarcation with Montenegro before the Government of Kosovo.

Even in the Government of Kosovo, officials have declared that the head of the State Commission for marking the border line, Speed Bulqi, has confirmed the completion of work on demarcation.

The chairman of the commission, Speed Bulqi, has told Radio Free Europe that the report Monday will be handed over to Government, but did not want to talk about new findings, since, as he put it, they will be introduced in Government initially.

We're going to present those facts that we've managed to provide for this period and then remain in Government's hand as to how to proceed further”, Bulliqi has declared.

He has said that work on the commission is done with the greatest dedication and that many documents have been consulted.

“We have received a task from the country's prime minister, we have done the job with the highest conscience within the possibilities and space that we have been created for work. How it's going to go on and how long [the find] will be taken on the basis of the country's institutions, it's not on my side to say it... let's look at the actions after the fact presentation”, Bulqi has indicated.

In contrast, LDK chairman Isa Mustafa, the day before, said that the Democratic League of Kosovo, cannot vote on specific border items, which are based on quotas, as he said, speeding up Buliki, or even Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.

“Of course we will not vote on any find, but we will vote on any state agreement that takes place between Kosovo and Montenegro. No unilateral findings vote on the Democratic League, but only those that are true and that are related to state agreements, because it is not this mutual unilateral agreement. The border cannot be unilaterally set”, Mustafa said.

The commission's chairman, Speed Bulqi, has stressed that the report, which the commission members have prepared, has not been made for either the Democratic League of Kosovo or any other political subject, but that report, according to Bulqi, has been made for the country's institutions.

Bulliqi has not spoken about how successful the commission's report can be, but has said all of this depends on how the institutions will understand.

It depends on the country's institutions on how to get these facts. If you've had effective control of an element and it becomes aware that you've checked it for a certain moment, I don't know how I'm going to give up certain issues he's handled and had his own”, Bulqi added.

The expectations are that the Government of Kosovo, along with the Commission's report, will also proceed with the draft draft to ratify the Framework Agreement in the Parliament so that this institution can make the decision, whether it can ratify or annul this agreement.

The border demarcation agreement with Montenegro is signed by Pristina and Podgorica authorities at the end of August 2015, in Vienna.

After coming to the head of the Kosovo government, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who in the past legislature had rejected the ratification of the demarketing agreement with Montenegro, has dismissed the state Commission's composition for marking and maintaining the state border run by Murat Meha, appointing new composition at the helm of Bulqi's return.
