Kosovo's Hydrometeorology Institute has indicated that last week of this year will be accompanied by relatively mild weather with temperatures, which will initially be above average values to 11 degrees Celsius, but marking decline at the weekend.
By the middle of the week, there will be severe clouds that will be accompanied by rainfall, and at the weekend there will be conditions for snowfall.
Minimum temperatures will move between -3 and 3 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is projected to move between 5-11 degrees Celsius.
It will blow mostly from the southeast at maximum speed to 15m/s, while during the weekend it will smell from the northeast at speeds of up to 7m/s.
