The Special Court, which is expected to start operating in January next year, will have a portion of UNMIK and EULEX staff.
So says Tribuna Channel, law affairs expert Arian Koci.
Despite the disappointments of Kosovo citizens on several occasions that have dealt with them U n NMIC but also EULEXI, according to Koci, these two missions cannot be considered failures.
And for Skender Musa, this court's mission will be achieved, as, as he says, this Court is aimed at removing some politicians from the political scene.
Even this is saying that part of the Special Court staff may be some figures that were part of EULEX and UNMIK.
The Special Court will be the only one in Europe to file specific charges for one community only.
