We see those who have oil and money, but believe me, we are much better than they,” said Erdogan, speaking to the Scientific and Technical Tourism Research Council (TÜBİTAK) of prices held at the presidential palace in Ankara's capital, reports “Hurriyet Daily News”, the Periscope broadcast.
He also reiterated that US money failed to approve the resolution recognising Jerusalem as the capital of Israel during the UN General Assembly vote.
“Look, did the dollar pick the Jerusalem issue? Do dollars buy the world? Those (SHBA) threatened the whole world, but 128 countries told the giant you couldn't buy our will with dollars. Truth prevailed,” said Erdogan. /Periscopi/
