Through a letter full of complaints and work conditions, addressed to the president, prime minister and health minister, emergency doctors at the University Hospital Centre in Tirana claim they are attracted by the position of work.
The letter is signed by all QSUT emergency doctors who say they don't have working conditions and medical staff, while overloading with laid patients.
