The Kosovo government has approved the State Commission's report for demarcation with Montenegro.
In this way, Kosovo's Assembly will examine the Commission for Demarcation found.
“Raporti, the deal, with a abstention approved, and is being considered to the Kosovo Parliament, Haradinaj has said.
The Commission's chairman for the demarcation and maintenance of the state border, Speed Bulliqi, has said that the former State Commission's report on Demarketation is not in line with existing border lines between Montenegro and Kosovo.
He made that known during his report to the Government meeting, speaking of other findings.
According to them, the former commission has not used many facts which they have and are reconciled only to what Montenegro has offered.
These are some of their findings for the findings of the former state commission to mark the border with ZI Mountain:
- The work of the former commission has been run with fundamental flaws which have also determined these conclusions.
- Our former commission has exceeded its competencies by allowing itself to introduce the definition of the new line between Kosovo and Montenegro without a preliminary international agreement.
-This is a fact that in the signed agreement it is said that the demarcation issue is allowed to take place within two years after this agreement goes into effect.
- Our former commission has been called to mark the former border line and in no way mark new border lines with Montenegro.
The former commission's material states that no documentation for border restrictions with Montenegro was addressed from 45-46 and associated spatial data.
-During the negotiations, the data has been presented that it proves that parts of Kosovo have remained outside Kosovo's territory, but then have left the negotiating table during the agreement.
The former commission has acknowledged that any lack of cover-up territory on our side has been admitted to belonging to the Montenegrin side. From the provided data, it is concluded that the active control of our institutions over those territories has existed unannounced since 1945-46 with the establishment of the administrative line between Kosovo and Montenegro to this day.
-In the work of the former commission, the commission unanimously states that the border line in the border agreement between Kosovo and Mount 26 August 2015 is not in line with the administrative line of the former autonomous Socialist province of Kosovo.
