Aslan Uka, who was wounded by a stray bullet, rejected Ramush Haradinaj's statement of shooting as a tradition.
Commission “Justice in Kosovo” broadcast research Friday for victims from blind bullets.
Of these bullets were dead and also wounded left in wheelchairs.
Aslan Uka, from the village of Banjska of Vushtrri since a bullet fired at a wedding, remained in a wheelchair, said he felt bad when he saw some state officials firing guns.
“We saw everyone at a party of ministers and politicians firing guns. I don't know what has motivated them and what satisfaction they felt when they fired weapons”, Uka said.
A video came to the media from a party that made Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj in the village of Banja in Malisheva, following the release of charges of organised crime and abuse of office.
Uka did not agree either with Prime Minister Haradinaj's statement that weapons should be legalised in both America and that gun shooting is a tradition in Kosovo.
It's a pity when the prime minister, the first of the country instead of reprimanding or punishing, somehow comes to the fore as if he supported them by saying that the habit was telling me to shoot the gun and that I would have done it too”, Uka said.
He declared that the prime minister is better off dealing with the consequences of gun shooting.
This is a paradox because the prime minister would rather have been dealing with the consequences because the person who tried to show it to”, Uka added.
