In the act of attack in the Assembly, the court counted the reasons that affected the sentence of VV activists.
In the act provided by KALLXO.com, the court has also praised the circumstances that have influenced Vetevendosje activists to be sentenced to 21 years in prison.
In determining the height of the sentence for Att and Arifin, Frasher Krasniqi and Egzon Haliti, as grave circumstances, the court has praised the high degree of participation of the three indictees in the conduct of criminal work.
As another serious circumstance for the three indictees, the court has also praised the incorrect “behaviour and the disrespectful and disrespectful attitude of the court's authority during the development of this constitutional procedure”.
Under the trial, the court “has assessed as extenuating circumstances, the fact that the accused were not previously tried, or convicted of any other criminal act and their new age.
For Egzon Haliti, as additional extenuating circumstances, the court has praised his behaviour during the move of house arrest based on the police report.
Egzon Haliti has been sentenced by the court to five and a half years in prison.
Meanwhile, for Adea Batusha, as a particularly extenuating court circumstance “has assessed the relatively small contribution to performing this criminal act”.
According to the trial, Adea Batusha has been sentenced to two years in prison.
Yesterday, KALLXO.com secured the Pristina Foundation Court's act on Vetevendosje activists.
