Continuous columns in Merdare and the White Cause, that's how many hours the travelers wait

Along with the approach of the holiday season, the number of exiles in Kosovo increases.

But the problem that emerged at the beginning of their road to Kosovo this weekend was exactly the long columns at the border points.

It has been reported that for days the columns were several hours. While according to Kosovo Police spokesman Daut Hoxha, the situation has already normalised.

According to information we have received from the competent across the border points, the flow of people and goods across all Kosovo border crossings is developing normally and without obstacles. Because of the biggest concentration-flux in Merdare and the White Land, there have been longer waitings at the entrance, on average of 1 to 2 hours”, Hoxha said of Indexline.

He also added that Kosovo police are working with increased capacities and accelerated procedures to ensure the easier circulation of all those who frequent border crossings. /
