Arta Rama à Hajrizi, who heads the Constitutional Court, was charged with committing criminal work “conflicted interest”, claiming to have tried to make her cousin Rame Hyseni, a member of the court.
In an answer to Online Journal Insider, the Constitutional Court has found news that has been published in daily newspapers false.
Similarly, the Constitutional Court has explained that once it finds out that on the list of candidates for Constitutional Court judges, it is the cousin candidate of President Rama Atje Hajrizi, it has demanded withdrawal from the Commission.
