Clear, cold weather, low temperatures in these Albanian regions

On Wednesday, clear weather but very cold weather dominates all Albanian territory, but in the Northeast, there will also be passing clouds of the presence of fog. The second part of the day remains clear and very low temperatures throughout Albania; conditions that follow even during night hours.
