While 28 percent of them considered visa nonliberalisation, which the prime minister had promised within the first 100 days.
In addition, according to this 25 percent failure, was considered to fail to achieve employment.
Prime Minister Haradinaj's cabinet is one of the largest, including 22 ministries and 71 deputy ministers. They're all with surveillance staff.
