Chiefs Krasniqi before court, how declared

Shefqet Krasniqi has been declared innocent today of charges of pushing terrorist acts, inciting hatred, division or national, racial, religious and tax evasion.

“Of course I don't accept [guilty] because I have no reason to admit guilt, because I have not performed the works I am accused of”, Krasniqi said in court.

Even Sevdali Zamenu, Shefqet Krasniqi's lawyer, said the indictment is not based on pro-quality evidence.

But prosecutor Elez Blakaj found the indictment based on evidence.

We consider that with the evidence proposed in the indictment, there is evidence supporting essential elements of three criminal acts described in the indictment”, prosecutor Blakaj said.

The court will rule out judicial examination concerning objections to the indictment by the defence.

The Actakuz describes that the task of driving the terrorist work done, Krasniqi has carried out from 2013 to 2014, while the tax evasion criminal work has been carried out from 2011 to 2016.
