Artan Kadriu, accused of participating in foreign wars, said he agrees to be tried only by the laws of Allah.
Artan Kadriu, accused of terrorism, said during his final speech that he only obeys Allah's word and that no other law can judge him.
I initially wanted to say that I refuse to be tried by laws that people have imposed, the only law that I accept is the law of Allah, the creator of the universe”, said the accused of acts related to terrorism.
He considered that he would become an unbeliever if he accepted judgment from human laws.
If I had accepted any other judgment, other than the law of Allah, then I would have denied my religion and would have been made by the faithless”, said accused Artan Kadriu.
He was acquitted, for he said he was neither in Syria nor part of any foreign military formation.
But the prosecutor in the case of Abdurrahim Islam in the final address requested by the court that accused Artan Kadriu plead guilty and condemn the same by law.
According to the prosecutor, from the evidence that exists in the subject papers and from the testimony of the convicted witness Arrian Aliyaj, they have managed to prove all emphasis on the device described in the indictment.
And Artan Kadriut's lawyer, Ahmet Djindovci, said he opposes the indictment because, according to him, with the evidence administered, it has not been proved that his defender has committed the criminal act, which is being charged.
All evidence shows Artan is busy passing through Turkey and entering Syria. At the previous session, Arian Alijaj was also heard, he in no circumstances evolved my defense who has travelled from Syria to Turkey, or traveled with it. For the first time he saw him stay together in prison, nowhere does he find any evidence that he was caught entering from Syria to Turkey”, lawyer Djindovci said.
But the lawyer's word did not agree on his own protection, saying he could defend himself.
According to the indictment, Artan Kadriu in March 2016 has joined the foreign paramilitary formation groups involved in the Syrian war and the moment from Syria's state it was returning to Turkey's territory it was banned by Turkish authorities along with several others.
With this prosecution, the prosecution claims Kadriu has committed criminal work of unification or participation in the military or foreign police.
Arian Alijaj had also been with him, but the same has been linked to pleas.
The trial will be announced by December 15th, while the accused demanded from the court that he not participate that day during the plea.
