Central Election Commission Chairman Valdete Daka has said that there has never been such an election outcome before.
This reaction, aka did after the end of the bail and mail counting vote, which eventually led Hakki Rugova to win Istog.
Haki Rugova of the LDK has managed to get a total of 10033 votes, while against his candidate from AAK, Gani Dreshai 10019 votes.
Rugova's victory was achieved through 14 votes more than counter-Candidat.
