Brnabyk makes teachers and professors Serbians proud

Serbia's Prime Minister Anna Brnabyq has estimated that Serbia does not have an educational system that recognises and rewards better, not only in money but also in careers. “
“> It is incredible that we do not have such a system in Serbia,” said Brnabyq in an open letter, published in the newspaper “Danas”, in response to a text that was discovered Friday under the title “the prime minister again insults the luminaries”.
She said that in Serbia there is not a system of education that recognizes and rewards teachers and professors who encourage students' talents, a system that values a professor who talks to his students outside the class, in a desire to motivate them to do more, reports “b92”, the Periscopi broadcasts.
We do not reward teachers who promote love for knowledge and learning. Our system sabotages every jump from the average, even when it's a mixture that means changing habits that bring us down”, the prime minister said.
Speaking of wages in education, Anna Brnabyq said it is not natural for all 80,000 teachers and professors to have the same salary.
“Page is just a system in which quality will be rewarded with advantage,” wrote Anna Brnabyq.
According to her, the wage system that exists today is stable, but not fair to most teachers and professors who are proud of the profession.
“Dedicated people will receive a 10 per cent wage increase as of January 1, 2018, an increase that all will receive in education regardless of the efforts, love and time”, she said, adding that the existing system does not provide motivation for the new generations of teachers and professors who are just beginning to work.
If we're going to succeed in this, it's not just up to us as members of the government, it's up to all of us as a society, because this reform is just around us”, wrote Anna Bernabiq.. /Periscopi/
