The four MPs from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks will again present to the Pristina Foundation Court next Wednesday in connection with the drop of gas in the Kosovo Assembly.
Albin Kurti, Albulen Haxhiu, Donika Kadayi Buyup and Faton Topalli will appear in the trial for gas drop in the Kosovo Assembly.
The latest hearing regarding this case, held on December 7th, where MP Naser Osmani testified from the Democratic League of Kosovo and Bekim Haxhiu from the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
Witnesses-injury Flora Brovina and Blerta Deliu-Kodra, deputies Xhavit Haliti and Nuredin Ibishi have already witnessed in this trial, as well as two employees of the Kosovo Assembly Administration Hope Gosalci and Leonora Halimaj.
At the next session, Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veselini and MP Andmend Zemaj are expected to testify.
Albin Kurti and Donika Kadaj-Bujupaj are currently on the move to detention at the Lipjan detention centre, where they are being held after breaking the house arrest measure, which was scheduled for them.
Vetevendosje's four deputies are accused of using the weapon or dangerous means and obstructing the official person in carrying out the official task.
The accused had been arrested during November 2015.
The initial session was held on January 6, 2016.
After reading the indictment, the Kurti deputies, Cadaj-Bujupi and Haxhi were not declared guilty, while MP Topalli was declared innocent.
Although not declared guilty, MPs rejected the indictment by naming it political.
