Albin Kurti got out of the hall after he asked the prosecutor if he was caught

Albin Kurti was released from the courtroom after the prosecutor gave up Kadri Wessel's hearing as a witness.

Albin Kurti was released from the trial chamber for the tear table after he reacted when prosecutor Africa Salihu decided to give up Kadri Wessel's testimony.

Kurt asked the prosecutor why he gave up this witness.

“Procuror, why did you quit, are you caught?”, Kurti asked in court.

Kurt was then taken out of court, while declaring that “is a judge, not a prosecutor, that's a target”.

Kurti along with Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, Faton Topalli and Albulen Haxhiun are accused of using a dangerous weapon or tool and obstructing the official person in carrying out his official duty.
