Albin Kurti attorney: Why did you give up Kadri Wessel? Are you caught?

Prosecutor Vesel Gashi has given up on Kadri Weselin's hearing in the quality of the witness in the trial process towards Albin Kurti.

Periscope reported that the prosecutor's request has come after the end of MP Armend Zemaj's testimony.

The head of the Framework Kadri Wessel was meant to testify today in this process, but the reasons for his non-witness are not yet clear.

Wessel's testimony has been rejected by the defence, while Albin Kurti has asked the prosecutor if he is detained after giving up Veselin's testimony.

Why did you quit? 18x1> asked Kurti while MP Haxhiu requested clarification why protocol officials were called to testify to Kadri Wessel's not. The prosecutor's official reasoning about Wessel's failure to present himself is that his testimony is similar.

KA LLXO.com reported earlier today that due to the one hour extension of the Kadri Wessel session, they will not testify in today's trial of VV deputies.

The Kosovo Parliament Speaker's cabinet tells of KALLXO.com that Wessel was in court at 9:00, but is unable because of the agenda to be there an hour later.

Because of the change in session time, without prior notice, and the planned agenda earlier, at meetings and other day activities, it is impossible to attend the (4)x1> trial session, the president's cabinet explains.
