The Civil Emergency and Crisis Co-ordination Committee near the prime minister reports at noon that the weather in our country has generally come towards improvement.

The main threat from the Vlora River and Fier is on the decline, by reducing the flow and drawing the waters. State structures are engaged without interruption, with the main focus of saving lives and minimising damage. Citizens have been evacuated, and the living thing from endangered areas has been worked by force and increased means of return to normal.

Overnight, the most endangered areas, as well as the main effort, have been developed to protect the functioning of the Ferer's Daraski hydrovory. An extraordinary task enabled it to protect itself from flooding, thus avoiding significant consequences.

Currently, 596 families have been evacuated so far and 1,552 citizens have been saved. Flooded at 10,217 ha of land, mainly in Fier and Vlora, as well as 5,781 ha with water presence. Water - covered and flooded dwellings are 3,337 throughout the country.

Roads are open, except for some secondary and rural roads, where work on normalising traffic is under way. However, floods have caused permanent damage to infrastructure, such as damage or damage to 28 bridges and many sections of road access.

The destruction of bridges is one of the special phenomena of the current emergency, which, in contrast with previous ones, is related to the tremendous fury of water flow caused by the tremendous intensity of rainfall.

As a result of the devoted work of O SHEE, the number of energy-free subscribers has been achieved. The damage has also been recorded in primary schools, and as a result on Monday, learning in 56 schools nationwide cannot resume.

Besides emergency management, the inventory of damage has begun.

The Civil Emergency and Crisis Co-ordination Committee thanked all members of state and private facilities who are engaged without interruption in field operations to cope with the situation. The readiness offered by neighbours, international organisations and our partners to cope with the situation and repair the damage is highly appreciated.

For all individuals or organizations who want to contribute aid to injured persons, the telephone number has been made available: +355 68 839 0899 as well as Facebook page: Prime Minister/Zyra Operational System Address: https://ww.facebook.com/head...

While the announcement continues to remain instructions given in previous communiqués concerning security measures that all citizens should take into account.

The Civil Emergency and Crisis Co-ordination Committee calls on all citizens for increased care during the situation of rainfall and floods, with particular attention in these respects:

Life care remains first priority. All should avoid travel to areas affected by rainfall as much as possible, standing near rivers and streams, standing close to pillars or other high objects that can be hit by electrical flues, and so on.

Citizens who live very close to river beds, near dams, or in areas that historically endanger floods seem to increase life care and be willing to co-operate with civilian emergency structures in the event of the need for temporary evacuation.

It is required to avoid travel to the maximum on foot or vehicles in affected or vulnerable areas.

A water current about 20 inches [20 cm] deep can crash a passerby, while a depth of 30 inches [30 cm] can snatch your vehicle along the way.

They need to avoid crossing the rivers with increased flow and powerful currents.

In preemptive current situations, you must quickly seek a high ground to preserve yourself.

If the water level near your vehicle increases but does not move, you should leave the vehicle to find a higher location. But do not abandon your vehicle to get into a strong stream of water.

Avoid parking near rivers or streams during heavy rainfall, as they can quickly flood.

Avoid standing or parking on roads near rivers. Often the waters can erode the base of the road, making it dangerous.

Keep the radio or television open to receive reports that can be made by competent authorities.

Keep communication tools on alert, especially mobile phones, ensuring battery readiness;

But if any one of you is willing, let him be willing, and let him hear what the Spirit says.

Put your furniture or other tools that you usually keep outside indoors. Possibly place furniture at high points inside the house to prevent damage during floods;

Distract electrical devices from the network as much as possible, and do not touch them if they are in moisture or underwater;

Beware of electrical shocks that may result from the drop of pressure wires in pools of water.

Report to 112 or whatever other form of communication you may have about problems.
