According to foreign media, Telegrafi, a girl who was a guest at the wedding, says the population could not be dressed that way, when they were under the administration of the Islamic State, because they did not allow them.
“Thank God, now we're back in the old, even the dress is better than before”, she said.
It is said that under I rule SIS, most of the city has been destroyed and even 270,000 inhabitants have been displaced by fighting.
In some parts of the city, however, residents have not yet returned, since I's warriors are not inhabited respectively. The SIS left behind a large number of unbroken bombs.
However, that fear did not prevent two families from having a marriage that took place on October 27th.
Our wedding participants were thus extremely happy - dancing, singing, and enjoying good food and drink.
That was their chance to meet after I SIS had banned music and dancing in its territory and established the strict dress code.
Men and women were also forbidden to stay together.
Until the groom was dressed in traditional clothes, the bride was wearing a white dress.
