At the request of the MPB and the Directorate for Public Security, the Basic Court Skopje 1 ruled out the court once postponed because police forces were committed to maintaining order and calm for local elections.
Some 3m euros have been spent on this judicial process because more than 50,000 euros have been spent on maintaining a session for the commitment of a large number of police, teams and helicopters. This process was launched in February of this year, when the accused's bank decreased persons who were accused of being a terrorist organisation for the events of May 9th and 10th in Kumanovo's area of Trima.
