The CEC has published results from the Entrance Community for 97.22% of the vote. Looks like this time the winner will still be Naim Ismaili. PDK.

However, the result is very close because independent candidate Fatmir Rashi has managed to win 5621 votes, or 48.30% of the vote. While the current chairman has won only 3.70% more, or 51.70%.
