Director of the Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms ( KMDLNj), Behxhet Shala, says citizens should only pay 70 %s of the electricity bill, as they are also getting paid for the country's north.
“Lloggers of 22 to 30 percent go to the receipts of Kosovo citizens, and we have asked citizens to pay only 70% of the billed amount, while the rest pay Serbian suppliers”, Shala said in an interview for Kosovo public television.
Shala said that for this problem like KMLDNJ, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has, according to him, promised solutions to this problem.

Shala said she's paying only 70 percent of the bill. If I get 100 euros in bills, I pay only 70 euros. It's the Court's decision and I respect it. I act as a citizen of Kosovo”, he said.
