In other words, MP Sejdiu wrote: “These judges and prosecutors have been appointed by decree the same as all judges and prosecutors [...]

In other words, MP Sejdiu wrote:
These judges and prosecutors have been appointed by decree the same as all other judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Kosovo. Judges and prosecutors have been appointed without taking the same oath as being handed over by all judges and other prosecutors who are committed to the justice system of the Republic of Kosovo. Judges and prosecutors have been appointed by signing statements that in no country mentions the Republic of Kosovo or the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, but, among other things, mention only Kosovo, the Kosovo legislation and the conclusions agreed on the integration process. Thus, there is no way that judges and prosecutors' loyalty to the state of Kosovo is expressed in any way. ”/Periscopi/
