For 44 years Hamit Osman had been professor of history. For a period of 10 years in the time of Serbian rule, Osman and many other teachers had worked without money.
His contribution to organising the education system led Serbian police to repeatedly exercise physical violence on it, which left him with consequences to the unwalled, KTV reports.
Now that Hamit is retired and doesn't enjoy his pension of teaching, nor that of the disabled.
To benefit the professor's pension, Osmani, with instructions from officials from the Ministry of Labour and Social Management, had abandoned the disabled about two years ago.
But he was without both. The only pension she's given is that of disabled people.
This right to profit pensions for other contributions denies Article 16 of the State-funded Pension Scheme Law.
Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica says there have been dozens of meetings for such cases and, according to him, this article is a violation of citizen rights.
Therefore, it says that the procedures for meeting this law have been initiated.
As far as financial costs are concerned, he believes it will be affordable.
